The Bottomley House
The Bottomley House, centerpiece of the Jepson Alumni Center, offers comfortable overnight accommodations to alumni of the University of Richmond, University guests, and visitors attending events at the Jepson Alumni Center. Its five bedrooms, each with a private bath, are uniquely decorated with antiques and reproductions. Wireless Internet access is available throughout the building.
The Kilpatrick Suite, the master bedroom, offers special amenities, including a four-poster canopied bed and whirlpool tub.
Bottomley House guests may enjoy a complimentary continental breakfast each morning in the Hunton Salon, located on the second floor just off the spiral staircase. Guests may also relax in the Rosenthal Living Room with its baby grand piano and antique music box, or the walnut-paneled Richmond College Library with its historic book collection and fireplace.
VIP luncheons or dinners may be scheduled in the Hartz Dining Room, which features hand-painted wall coverings and a stunning gold-leafed chandelier.
Alumni, staff, and faculty may reserve rooms for their friends and family three weeks prior to arrival. Non-alumni parents of students currently enrolled in the university may also reserve rooms three weeks in advance of their arrival.
