With 14 residence halls and the University Forest Apartments, we offer a range of options to fit the needs of your group for conference housing - whether you prefer traditional hall-style living or suite-style arrangements with shared baths.
All accommodations are air-conditioned, smoke-free, and just steps away from meeting spaces and dining facilities, making it easy for your attendees to stay connected and engage.

Residence Hall Room Features
Each residence hall room typically includes:
- Twin XL bed (usually bunked)
- Dresser
- Desk with hutch/bookcase and chair
- Most are double-occupancy; limited singles available
- Some suites share a bathoom between two bedrooms
Please note: Kitchen items, TVs, and personal electronics are not provided.

Linen Service
Linens can be provided as an optional service for residence hall stays. Groups may request linens, which include: mattress pad, sheets, pillowcase, pillow with slipcover, towels, bath mat, and washcloths.
Blankets are available for an additional $4 each.

What to Bring
- Alarm clock (no wake-up calls provided)
- Clothes hangers
- Personal hygience supplies (soap, shampoo, shower slippers, toothbrush, etc.)
- Pillows, sheets, blankets, towels (unless linen service is arranged)

Speakers & Conference Director
Speakers and conference directors may opt to stay at the Bottomley House, located adjacent to the Jepson Alumni Center, pending availability.
The Bottomley House offers 6 guest rooms. Please call for current rates. Sales tax applies.
