Scheduling Operations & Event Management System (EMS) at the University of Richmond
The Events, Conferences, and Support Services office maintains and administers EMS to facilitate scheduling operations at the University.
EMS is a facility and event management software application that powers the Centralized Scheduling Service (CSS), a web-based scheduling portal for faculty, staff, and students.
EMS is a comprehensive and robust scheduling system that replaced Resource 25 (R25) during summer 2014. EMS is the system of record for all non-academic scheduling on campus and helps to coordinate the many services such as catering and multimedia support that will make your next event memorable.
More than event and room scheduling
While EMS is used to coordinate academic and non-academic programming at the University, many other events are scheduled throughout any given day to support the University mission.
