Staying on Campus
The University of Richmond is comprised of 14 residence halls and the University Forest Apartments. Some residence halls feature traditional floor plans, while others are suite style. All residence halls are air-conditioned. At this time, three residence halls have an elevator and five residence halls are suite style.
Rooms in the University's residence halls typically include a twin-size bed (usually bunked), dresser, desk, desk chair, desk hutch, or bookcase. Most rooms are double occupancy and have shared hall bathrooms. A limited number of single-occupancy rooms are available. Some rooms are suite-style, where two bedrooms share a bathroom. No kitchen utensils, televisions, or other personal amenities or electronics are provided. (One complimentary phone is provided for the conference director).
Linens and amenities are only provided if elected by the group planner. If elected, you will receive a mattress pad, sheets, pillowcase, pillow with slipcover, towels, a bath mat, and washcloths. (Blankets are available for $4 more). All residence-halls are smoke-free and air-conditioned.
