EMS and the Centralized Scheduling Service (CSS) has already made it easy for users to see availability of campus meeting spaces, add service requests for food and AV. With the additional Outlook and Microsoft Exchange Integration features, you can now see availability of UR faculty/staff attendees. You can invite attendees, find a meeting time and space all in one place. Here is a brief overview of the feature in Outlook: EMS Outlook Add-in Overview video.

The Outlook and Microsoft Exchange features are currently set up for select campus-wide conference rooms and departmental spaces. Note it is the goal of the University to have all Outlook spaces booked through EMS.
